JULIE E. GINSBURG‘s family law practice includes mediation, collaborative law, guardian ad litem evaluations, and parent coordination. She is certified as a divorce mediator through the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. From 1997 through 2000, Julie developed a pilot project with the University of Massachusetts graduate program in mediation, supervising students at the Norfolk Probate & Family Court. Julie is a graduate of Bennington College (BA), Simmons School of Social Work(M.S.W.), and from Suffolk University Law School (J.D.) in 1988. She has continued to maintain her LICSW social work license. She has been a guest lecturer in family law issues and mediation at Boston College Law School, MCLE (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.), New England Law School and Suffolk University Law School. She is listed in “The Best Lawyers of America” for Family Law Mediation (2008) and in Martindale-Hubbel 'A-V' (highest rating).

MICHAEL L. LESHIN specializes in family law and mediation. He is a fellow of the Massachusetts chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served as the chair of the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association and as the president of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Inc. He has been certified as a divorce mediator by the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Inc. He is the author of the “Massachusetts Family Law Sourcebook,” which is annually published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. Michael has lectured on tax, mediation, and family law issues for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., the Boston Bar Association, Mediation Works, Inc., Community Dispute Settlement Center, Suffolk University Law School and Boston College Law School. Michael is a graduate of Brandeis University (B.A. 1975), Boston University School of Law (J.D. 1982), and Harvard University (M.C.R.P. 1982). He is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America,” (Family Law, 2006, 2007 and 2008 and Family Law Mediation 2007 and 2008). Martindale-Hubbel ‘A-V’ (highest rating).





Rachel B. Goldman

Rachel B. Goldman specializes in mediation and collaborative family law.   She views her role as guiding and empowering clients to resolve their divorce and post-divorce issues through creative and active problem solving.  Previously, she was a litigator with Hemenway & Barnes in Boston, Massachusetts.  She is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1986) where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and a magna cum laude graduate of Macalester College (B.A. 1981).  She is a board member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. 







Kathleen M. Lynch

Kathleen M. Lynch is Of Counsel at Ginsburg & Leshin, where she focuses on family law. Previously, she was a trial attorney with Melick & Porter in Boston, Massachusetts. Kathleen is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law (J.D. 1989) and College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 1981), where she was the recipient of the Comerford Medal for Excellence in Public Speaking; George B. Moran Purse for Excellence in Academic and Leadership Ability; and a Presidential Award for Leadership Ability. After graduation, she served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and was granted the Legion of Honor Award from the Chapel of Four Chaplains for Community Service, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1982). Kathleen has been certified through the Children and Family Law Program, Committee for Public Counsel Services (2004), and the Family Law Project for Battered Women (1996).
